       VNS Group, Inc. is a Maryland corporation, also registered to do business in the District of Columbia. It was founded by a professional librarian with the vision of becoming one of the best known and trusted information management and business services providers in the United States.
       The company mission is to meet customers' needs by providing high quality professional services in the most cost-effective and timely manner possible.

      - Master of Arts degree in Russian Language and Literature with a minor in French Language from the University "St. Kliment Ohridsky" in Sofia, Bulgaria
 
       Vesselina Stoytcheva is an active member of the Special Library Association - District of Columbia and Maryland Chapters and of Rotary International - Rotary Club of Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.
